Last updated: 1 August 2026

Who we are

EXTHUS LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17253986). Our registered office is 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5PF, United Kingdom.

This policy applies to the corporate website at exthus.ltd. Our live product brands (including exthus.com, exthus.cloud, exthus.app, and grwidget.com) may have their own privacy notices covering those services.

For privacy questions about this site, contact legal@exthus.ltd.

What data we collect

exthus.ltd is an informational corporate site. We do not run user accounts or online forms on this domain.

  • Contact by email. If you email office@exthus.ltd or legal@exthus.ltd, we process the content of your message and your email address so we can respond.
  • Technical / server logs. Our hosting environment may automatically record standard server logs (for example IP address, browser type, requested URL, and timestamp) for security, abuse prevention, and reliable operation of the site.
  • Cookie preference. When you choose cookie settings, we store your choice locally in your browser so we can respect it on return visits.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Under UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), we only set non-essential cookies with your consent.

Essential cookies

These are needed for the site to work as you expect, including remembering your cookie choice. They do not require consent.

Optional cookies

Optional cookies (for example analytics or marketing) are only used if you select Accept all. At present, exthus.ltd does not set optional analytics or advertising cookies by default. If we introduce them later, they will only load after you accept, and this policy will be updated.

Third-party resources

This site loads the Plus Jakarta Sans typeface from Google Fonts. That request may expose your IP address to Google. We treat this as part of delivering the site interface. If you prefer not to contact Google Fonts, browser extensions or network settings that block third-party font requests will fall back to system fonts.

Managing your choice

You can change your mind at any time using in the site footer, or the cookie banner when it appears. Choosing Essential only means we will not set optional cookies.

Lawful bases

  • Legitimate interests — operating a secure corporate website, responding to enquiries, and keeping essential records.
  • Consent — optional cookies, where used.
  • Legal obligation — where we must retain or disclose information to meet UK law or regulatory requirements.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to data portability where applicable. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

To exercise these rights in relation to exthus.ltd, email legal@exthus.ltd. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Retention & sharing

We keep email correspondence only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and meet legal or accounting requirements. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and operational purposes.

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers who host or secure this site, or where required by law. Those providers process data on our instructions and under appropriate safeguards.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of exthus.ltd after an update means you should review the revised policy.
